Week 3 Term 1
This week we made it into the Danish rounders final as we bet room 12 in the semis. In the finals next week we are versing room 13. It will be very hard as room 13 is probably the best in the school at it. In maths last week I revised powers. For tech arts the year eights are doing soft materials and we began cutting out our sweatshirts on Friday. We also had swimming heats on Wednesday, although I didn't do as well as last year it was still fun. Next week we start interclass softball and we have all been learning the new rules for this year.

Just so that you know - there is no such term as 'versing'! I know some teachers do use it but .. You can say we are playing versus Room 13 - instead of versing, you need to say something like 'playing against' or 'challenging'. This year I really want you to focus on things you have learned (and not just academic!) I'm sure that you can do it!!
